Dr. Brenda Pierce and Dr. Brenda Pierce & Dr. Danika Crabtree bring decades of specialized experience to patients throughout Warwick, Narragansett, and surrounding Rhode Island communities.
Dr. Pierce has practiced full-time in Warwick and Narragansett since 1996. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Maryland and has been recognized by her peers as one of Rhode Island’s top periodontists for more than a decade. Her experience also includes teaching dental hygiene at the Community College of Rhode Island.
Born and raised in Warwick, Dr. Crabtree earned a research-focused Master of Science in Microbiology from the University of Rhode Island before completing her DMD and surgical residency at Nova Southeastern University. She is board certified by the American Board of Periodontology and provides specialized periodontal care, dental implant placement, and other complex surgical procedures.
Through nationally featured educational articles and ongoing weekly educational content, Dr. Pierce and Dr. Crabtree share practical guidance on gum disease prevention, early detection, dental implant preparation, and lifelong periodontal health. Their goal is to help patients better understand their options and feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care.
